We then make adjustments to the price we can offer on your property based on its condition and any needed repairs. This is the best way to come up with a fair price to offer for your property, since home values constantly fluctuate based on local real estate market conditions.

Title & Timelines
It is important to ensure that we work with you as a seller on the timeline of how quickly you would like to close on your home. Most closings happen between 14 and 30 days. While this is usually the case, we will do our best to make sure that you are comfortable with how fast or slow that you would like to move.

We had been trying to sell our property in south Louisiana for many years to no avail. We had listed with several real estate companies and tried to ‘sell by owner’.
